The size guide indicated I would wear a Large, however, the large is too big, and I have been unable to order a medium as my order defaults to the Large.

I only offer this design in one size, which is on the large wrist spectrum, per the details on the product page. I worked on the size guide as meticulously as possible, but human anatomy always has mismatches, regardless. For future cuff designs, I will have more budget to offer more sizes. This was one of my first designs when I started the brand, but it won't be returning due to the complexities of producing it. That being said, you're welcome to return/exchange for something else, as I want you to be happy. It’s a clean looking cuff. Very sturdy. I wish it was just a little bit smaller but as is it will not come off by itself
