I haven't heard that as of yet, but collectively I do take into account every single mention of sizing. Generally, industry standard grading will of course add length from one size to the next. So typically 2XL is reserved for those OVER 6' 2" in theory. I'm 6' for example, and the large is a great length for me. But body composition is a big variable too. Often those who buy 2XL are very big dudes, so the fabric covers more real estate, thus shortening the length in the process when on-body. Without knowing your weight, it's hard for me to be sure regarding the length issue. That being said, I'll talk with my developer upon next reorder and see if last production was out of spec for length. Not every single garment leaves the factory identical, it's possible yours is slightly longer by way of industry standards of tolerance. All brands and factories experience this. But we try to get as consistent as humanly possible. You could theoretically run the top through the dryer a single time on low heat, which will shorten it up slightly.
