We currently have a significant amount of the collection at the boutique clothing store called "Seaweed & Gravel" in Encinitas, CA, here in San Diego(1144 North Coast HWY 101, Encinitas, CA 92024). Hours 11am - 6pm Tuesday-Sunday(closed Mondays). Weston is currently working on converting the front office of our warehouse location in Carlsbad, CA(San Diego, USA) as a walk-in showroom location to have the ability to view, try-on and purchase pieces on-site. Weston is exploring more retail opportunities in boutique clothing stores and will be expanding each year. If your site runs on the shopify platform, upon approval, you can technically sell WJB products on your store via the Shopify Collective app integration. WJB will handle the physical order fulfillment portion of the customer transaction/experience. Sizing
Every person has a unique shape and build. Certain brands cater to a wide range of shapes and sizes while others cater to a more narrow range. With that being said, our clothing is definitely geared towards those who want the clothing to accentuate their physique by way of a fitted or slim-fit, contoured design(unless it is a "relaxed" style.
The size chart available on every product page will be one of your best ways to determine the intended fit per size. In addition, the try-on haul video featured in our size guide may be of help and also inform you of each garments' unique qualities and sizing.
The model pictured, Weston(owner & designer), on every product page, can also help aid you in narrowing down your preferred fit by referencing his measurements relative to your own. Weston is 6' 183cm, 195 lbs with a 42" chest and 32" waist and is wearing a LARGE in all pieces.
Please note that all garments are designed to be TRUE TO SIZE but are stylistically form-fitting aka "slim-fit". If you are concerned about a slim-fit being too tight, consider going up one size. The shrink factor for all garments is relatively minimal if low heat dried (air dry recommended). If you find that "out of the package" your garment fits slightly loose and you'd prefer a marginally tighter fit– consider washing and drying on medium heat to make it more form-fitting.

To cancel or modify an online order that you recently placed, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, keep in mind that our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, as most orders are processed and shipped within hours of them being received, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
In the event that your order has not been moved to our shipping department, and we are able to cancel your order before it is shipped, please allow 48 hrs before we can process a refund to your credit card.

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your online order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our eCommerce servers, as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid. Shipping
Weston Jon Bouchér is proud to offer International Shipping options! Every shipment is unique, and each rate will vary depending upon the packages final destination. We have included a shipping rate calculator that can be found in your online shopping cart. To display this feature, simply add product to your cart and the calculator will appear at the bottom of the screen.
All duties associated with an International shipment are the responsibility of the purchaser/recipient. Please note that you must inform yourself on your country's specific import policies for receiving international shipment. For example, some countries collect duty/tax/customs fees before they will release a shipment to the receiver (customer).
If you are in need of shipping speeds beyond expedited shipping services, simply reach out to us at our support contact for additional info on carriers and associated costs BEFORE placing your order. You must consider that if you order after business hours on a Friday, your shipment will not be packed and shipped until the following business week.
Weston Jon Bouchér ships anywhere within the United States, including the U.S. Territory of Puerto Rico (PO Boxes are included). We are also proud to let you know that we will ship to any APO/FPO/DPO military address too!
HOWEVER, there are a few things that you should know about military addresses;
(1) United States Military addresses are still considered as "United States" shipments. Please be sure to select "United States" as your country when selecting from the dropdown feature (COUNTRY) in the online checkout. This dropdown feature will be found on the shipping address form.

To keep from marking up products to compensate for creating rush shipping services, most orders will be picked, packed and shipped every 2 business days. From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 1pm PST will often, not always, be processed and dispatched the same or following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
PLEASE NOTE: Weston Jon Bouchér does not guarantee specific delivery times due to not being able to control what mail courier companies do once it has been dropped off. Shipping times are estimations and may vary depending on the time your order was placed or by the shipping carrier, once your order has been dispatched. HOWEVER... shipments from our warehouses have been known to arrive very quickly :)

On most websites, "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 5pm PST, your package will not ship until after the weekend (Weston Jon Bouchér ® offices are closed Saturday and Sunday). Weston is the founder, sole owner, CEO and lead designer for the brand. Weston has self-funded the brand since 2019 and initially launched the first 5 original cut and sew designs to his Youtube and Social Media audience. Weston lives and breathes the brand and all concepts and designs are developed in-house and produced through relationships he's established with factories all over the world. Including Los Angeles, Bangladesh, Turkey, Thailand, China, Cambodia, Columbia and more. This is crucial so that each piece is done by way of specialty and fabric quality from a region of the world that excels in a particular garment type. Weston is also the fit model for all development and sizing. WJB Headquarters houses all inventory for in-house shipping, direct from his warehouse in Carlsbad, California.
All our products are custom designed. With garments by way of cut and sew, every piece is personally designed by Weston Jon Bouchér and bulk production of said designs are then produced by carefully selected and trusted manufacturers. WJB is currently producing with over 13 specialized factories, globally. Los Angeles, Thailand, Turkey, Columbia, China, Bangladesh and more. Along with strategically sourced fabrics that work best for each design. In a sea of options, our manufacturers were hand-picked for having extremely high standards for the quality of work they produce. If you received the ONE TIME ONLY email notification that your size had been restocked, but waited too long to order and now your size is out of stock again, simply repeat the "notify me" process (and be quick next time)! The automated email notification is a ONE TIME ONLY feature, and will only send you a notification once the stock has been adjusted. If we replenish the stock, and you wait too long to order, you will need to request another notification by clicking the link again.

Absolutely! Every product on our website has a "notify me" feature. In the event that a particular size or product is temporarily out of stock, an EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE link will appear on that product's details page. The link will be displayed in two situations;
(1) If a particular size is unavailable for the item that you are interested in, a small NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE link will appear to the right of the size selection area of the page, and directly above the SIZE CHART link. If you do not see this "notify me" link on the page it means that all sizes for that item are readily available for you to order.
(2) If any one of our products are temporarily out of stock in every size, a red button will appear at the top of the product's details page with the following text; "TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK/ NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE". If you see this button, it means that the item you are attempting to order is currently unavailable. You will also notice the the ADD TO CART button will disappear as well.
Click any one of these links/buttons to receive a ONE TIME ONLY email notification that will be generated once your size has been restocked. When you click the link, a window will appear and ask for your email address, along with the size that you are interested in. Once we replenish our inventory, an automated email will be sent to the address that was entered on the day you requested the notification.
