I was excited when the blue cardigan became available. Placed the order and awaited delivery, only to be sent the lightweight sweater version. At least the color was right. They were quick to offer in store credit, but did not set the cardigan that I had ordered aside. So now I have to wait again for it to become available.
The first order with this company I did not know how their sizing actually is. So that return was on me. The second order I had to return one of those special offers you get when placing your order. Their system gave me a Small even though my entire order was for 2XL. So this is my third return with them, but the second resulting from issues on their side. So here's hoping my next order goes off without an issue.
