So I went back and forth over time with adding sleeve length to style information and the size guide, but the issue is that it's not reliable information for customers due to variances in shoulder width, not only per style, but also per person. A customer's shoulder width essentially determines where the sleeve length ends, not solely the sleeve length, for example. So then you get into putting every garments full details, which statistically is shown to drop consumer confidence in placing an order due to overwhelming amounts of details and sizing info. It's one of the things I hope AI will address for online shopping by way of home body scans and universalizing clothing retail online, someday.
