However this particular tee is "SLIM FIT", not "relaxed or fitted". So if you are concerned about the fit being too tight in the chest and mid section, consider going up one size. COMPOSITION: 100% Supima Slub Cotton

This top is garment-dyed and the fabric is preshrunk tested prior, so shrinkage should be minimal. However, since slub yarn is looser, using heat to wash or dry can cause more contraction than usual. Once ironed or worn, the fabric will relax back to its original state. If you mistakenly wash and dry with heat, put your arm through and stretch it a little to remove any contraction. High heat or tumble machine dry with any heat setting is NOT advised due to moderate shrink factor with 100% Cotton. Use cold wash cycle, lay-flat air dry or hang dry. Utilize rounded edge, velvet design dress hangers to avoid imprints and deformities from the hanger. Weston highly recommends getting this Handheld Steamer to quickly and easily keep your Supima garments other pieces wrinkle-free. Again, tumble drying is NOT recommended due to the damage and stress it causes on fabrics over time. Longer, air dry methods have much less impact. Although preshrunk, if you would still prefer a tighter fit after the first dry, consider drying on medium heat a single time upon the next wash cycle and then revert back to air dry or low temp dryer cycles from that point on.
